The Columbus Catholic Schools participate in the Scrip program in order to raise funds for the schools. The program consists of buying gift certificates in which the buyer can use them at their convenience. Certificates are available for grocery stores, department stores, restaurants etc. in Columbus and some of your favorite out of town stores.
The school receives back anywhere from 2% to 27% of the purchases the buyer makes. It is an easy way to support the school. There is no added cost to the buyer.
For the 2003-04 school year, for every purchase you make, you will receive back a 1% of the purchases you make towards one of the following areas: your child's tutiion at the elementary school they are attending or towards Scotus tuition if you have a child(ren) there. At St. Bonaventure School, you also have the choice of your 1% going towards the preschool, the adopt-a-student fund or the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration Scholarship fund.
Scrip certificates are available in the school office during school hours, after Sunday Masses and the rectory.
Columbus Catholic Schools Credit Card
All three schools participate in a credit card program in which 1/2% of all purchases made on the card help to benefit the school. If you are a regular user of a credit card, help support the school of your choice by contacting the school office or rectory to get an application. Your support of this program helps to benefit the Home and School Association's fundraising efforts.
